Lettermans is a full-service visual communication print company offering signage and graphics printing, ADA braille manufacturing, technical document printing, and presentation document printing for architectural, interior design, and construction professionals. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team!

Job Summary: The Project Manager oversees ADA Braille signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics for commercial projects. This role manages projects from contract award through production and installation while tracking schedule, coordination and job cost performance.
 
Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)
  • Manage architectural signage and environmental graphics projects from award through installation.
  • Coordinate project schedules, approvals, and communication with architects, contractors, and clients.
  • Work with the Signage Design and Submittal Coordinator to review message schedules, signage plans, and shop drawings during the submittal process.
  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure signage is fabricated according to approved drawings and project timelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate installations and resolve field issues as they arise.
  • Monitor job costs including labor, materials, subcontractors, and installation expenses.
  • Track project profitability and work with leadership to maintain target margins.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and communicate project status internally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in signage, construction, environmental graphics, or a related field.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and project specifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with job costing or project financial tracking preferred.
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
