Lettermans is a full-service visual communication print company offering signage and graphics printing, ADA braille manufacturing, technical document printing, and presentation document printing for architectural, interior design, and construction professionals. We are looking for a motivated Signage Design and Submittal Coordinator to join our team!

Job Summary: The Signage Design and Submittal Coordinator supports the development of ADA Braille signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics for commercial projects. This role focuses on preparing message schedules, signage plans, shop drawings, and submittal packages used by architects, contractors, and our production team.
 
Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)
  • Prepare signage message schedules and location plans using SignAgent software.
  • Develop shop drawings for ADA Braille signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics.
  • Create and organize submittal packages for architect and contractor review.
  • Review architectural drawings and project specifications to identify signage requirements.
  • Coordinate revisions during the submittal approval process.
  • Work with project managers and production staff to ensure drawings support fabrication and installation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or Graphic Design preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in design documentation, signage, architecture, or a related field.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and project specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop preferred.
  • Experience with SignAgent is helpful but not required.
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
